Welcome to Memory Seal.
Memory Seal creates private digital surprise and memory pages for birthdays, anniversaries, love, friendship, family wishes, apologies, farewells, and other special occasions.
By using our website, contacting us, placing an order, making payment, or sharing content with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Memory Seal provides customized private digital surprise pages based on the package selected by the customer.
Our services may include message-based pages, photo-based memory pages, countdown pages, animated pages, story-mode pages, music, videos, QR codes, and private shareable links, depending on the selected package.
Each Memory Seal page is created based on the occasion, customer requirements, content shared by the customer, and package selected.
2. Packages
Memory Seal currently offers the following packages:
Basic Plan– ₹299
Basic plan is a simple message-based private wish page.
Includes:
- Messages only
- Personalized name and occasion
- Single-page design
- Simple reveal effect / no animation
- Mobile-friendly page
- Private shareable link
- QR code included
Basic plan does not include photos, videos, music, countdown, or story mode.
Budget/medium plan– ₹699
Budget plan is a photo-based surprise page suitable for birthdays, wishes, and small celebrations.
Includes:
- Up to 10 photos
- Messages included
- Countdown included
- Web and mobile-friendly design
- Animations included if needed
- Private shareable link
- QR code included
Budget plan does not include music, video, or cinematic story mode.
Premium plan – Starting from ₹2999
Premium plan is a cinematic and emotional memory experience.
Includes:
- Photos included
- Story mode included
- Cinematic request acceptable
- Music included
- Videos included
- Web and mobile-friendly design
- Animations included
- Private shareable link
- QR code included
- Custom emotional flow
Premium plan pricing may vary based on the number of photos, videos, music, story flow, cinematic effects, animation level, customization, and urgency.
3. Payment Terms
For any package, 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
No work will be started before receiving the advance payment.
The final private link and QR code will be shared only after full payment is completed.
If the customer delays the balance payment, final delivery may also be delayed.
4. Order Timeline
Customers are requested to contact Memory Seal in advance based on the selected package.
Basic Plan:
Please reach us at least 2 days before the occasion date.
Budget Plan:
Please reach us at least 1 week before the occasion date.
Premium Seal:
Please reach us at least 3 weeks before the occasion date.
These timelines help us create, review, and deliver the Memory Seal page properly before the occasion.
Orders received later than the recommended timeline may be treated as urgent orders and may include extra charges.
5. Urgent Delivery
Urgent delivery may be accepted depending on our availability, workload, package selected, and complexity of the request.
Urgent delivery charges may apply up to ₹299 for eligible orders.
For Premium Seal, urgent requests may include additional charges depending on the number of photos, videos, custom design work, music, animation, story mode, and cinematic requirements.
Urgent delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Memory Seal.
6. Customer Content Responsibility
The customer is responsible for sharing correct and appropriate content.
By sharing photos, videos, messages, names, dates, music choices, or any personal content with Memory Seal, the customer confirms that:
- They have the right or permission to share the content
- The content does not violate anyone’s privacy
- The content does not infringe copyright or ownership rights
- The content is not illegal, abusive, adult, hateful, harmful, or offensive
- The information shared is accurate to the best of their knowledge
Memory Seal is not responsible for disputes caused by content shared by the customer without proper permission.
7. Inappropriate or Restricted Content
Memory Seal will not create pages containing illegal, abusive, adult, hateful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content.
We also reserve the right to reject any order that we feel is inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, or against our brand values.
If such content is discovered after work has started, Memory Seal may cancel the order without refund.
8. Corrections and Revisions
Before submitting the final version, Memory Seal will share the design or preview for customer confirmation wherever applicable.
Based on the customer’s confirmation, we will finalize the Memory Seal page and create/share the private link and QR code.
Customers should carefully check the preview/design before giving final approval.
After final approval, major design changes, content changes, theme changes, or new requests may be treated as additional work and may include extra charges.
Small corrections may be accepted depending on the selected package and work status.
9. Final Delivery
Final delivery includes the private shareable link and QR code.
The complete private link and QR code will be shared only after:
- Final design approval from the customer
- Completion of full payment
- Completion of required content and corrections
Once final delivery is completed, the customer can share the private link or QR code with the intended person.
10. Private Link and QR Code
Memory Seal pages are shared through a private link and QR code.
Anyone who has the private link or QR code may be able to view the page. Customers should share the link only with trusted people.
Memory Seal is not responsible if the customer, recipient, or any other person shares the private link or QR code publicly.
11. Page Validity
Each Memory Seal page/site will remain active for 60 days from the occasion date.
After 60 days from the occasion date, the page/site, private link, QR-linked page, photos, videos, messages, music files, and related uploaded content may be deleted from our active systems.
If the customer wants to keep the page active after 60 days, they must request an extension before the 60-day period ends.
12. Extension Charges
If the customer wants to keep the Memory Seal page active after 60 days, extra charges may apply.
Extension charges may depend on the duration, hosting/storage needs, page maintenance, updates, and any additional support requested.
The extension must be confirmed before the 60-day validity period ends.
13. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refund will be provided after work has started.
No refund will be provided after final delivery of the private link or QR code.
Since Memory Seal pages are custom digital products created using customer-provided personal content, design time, and creative effort, completed or in-progress work cannot be fully refunded.
If a customer cancels before work starts, a refund may be considered after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, processing charges, or administrative costs.
Memory Seal reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable based on the order status and work completed.
14. Delay Due to Customer Response
Memory Seal requires timely content, payment, review, and confirmation from the customer.
If the customer delays sharing photos, videos, messages, music choices, payment, or approval, the delivery timeline may be affected.
Memory Seal will not be responsible for delays caused by late customer response, incomplete content, incorrect information, or delayed payment.
15. Accuracy of Details
Customers must carefully check all names, dates, spellings, messages, photos, videos, and other details before final approval.
Memory Seal will correct mistakes reported before final approval, based on the package and correction scope.
After final approval and delivery, changes may be charged separately.
16. Use of Customer Content
Photos, videos, messages, names, and other personal content shared by the customer will be used only for creating the Memory Seal page.
Memory Seal will not use the customer’s personal content for public marketing, social media, portfolio, sample pages, or advertisements without permission.
17. Copyright and Music
If the customer requests a specific song, music, image, or media file, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right or permission to use it.
Memory Seal may suggest using royalty-free or customer-provided music where suitable.
Memory Seal is not responsible for copyright claims related to third-party songs, images, videos, or media requested or provided by the customer.
18. Device and Browser Compatibility
Memory Seal pages are designed to be mobile-friendly and web-friendly based on the selected package.
However, appearance and performance may vary slightly depending on the device, browser, screen size, internet speed, and settings used by the viewer.
19. Limitation of Responsibility
Memory Seal will make reasonable efforts to create and deliver the page as agreed.
However, Memory Seal is not responsible for:
- Internet issues on the customer’s or recipient’s side
- Link sharing by the customer or recipient
- Incorrect content provided by the customer
- Copyright issues caused by customer-provided content
- Emotional response or personal disputes after sharing the page
- Technical issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, browsers, payment providers, or platforms
- Delays caused by late customer response, late payment, or incomplete content
20. Changes to Packages and Prices
Memory Seal may update packages, pricing, features, timelines, and terms at any time.
Changes will not affect already confirmed orders unless both Memory Seal and the customer agree to the change.
