3. Photos, Videos, Messages, and Personal Content
Memory Seal pages may include personal memories such as photos, videos, messages, names, music, and emotional content.
We use the content you provide only for creating your Memory Seal page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share any photos, videos, or personal content that you send to us.
We do not use your personal content for public marketing, social media, portfolio, or sample pages without your permission.
4. Private Shareable Links and QR Codes
Each Memory Seal page may be shared through a private link and QR code.
Anyone who has the private link or QR code may be able to view the page. Please share the link only with people you trust.
Memory Seal is not responsible if you or the recipient share the private link publicly or with others.
5. Payments
If payment is made online, payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider or by UPI
We do not store your card details, UPI PIN, bank password, or sensitive payment credentials.
Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policy and terms.
6. Cookies and Website Tracking
Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies to improve website performance, user experience, and security.
We may also use analytics tools to understand website visits, pages viewed, and general usage patterns.

Unless otherwise agreed, your Memory Seal page, surprise subdomain, private page link, photos, videos, messages, music files, QR-linked page content, and other personal content shared by you will be retained only for 30 days for basic plan, 60 days for budget plan and 180 days for premium plan from the date of final delivery or from the occation date
After the mentioned days, the surprise page/subdomain/private page and related uploaded content will be deleted from our active systems.
If you want to keep the page active for a longer period, you must request an extension before the day period ends. Additional charges may apply depending on hosting, storage, updates, and maintenance requirements.
We may retain limited order records such as customer name, contact number, package selected, order date, payment status, payment reference, and communication history for business, legal, accounting, support, or record-keeping purposes.
We do not keep your personal photos, videos, messages, or Memory Seal page content longer than necessary for the service, unless you request an extension or we are required to retain certain information by law.
10. Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Memory Seal page, photos, videos, messages, or personal content before the retention period ends based on the plan
Once a deletion request is processed, the Memory Seal page, private link, QR-linked page, photos, videos, messages, and related content may no longer be accessible.
After retention period days from final delivery or from the occation, your surprise page/subdomain/private page and related uploaded content will be deleted automatically unless you have requested an extension.
Please note that we may retain limited order, payment, and communication records if required for legal, accounting, business record, dispute resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
11. Children’s Privacy
Memory Seal may be used to create birthday or family surprise pages involving children.
If you share photos, videos, or personal details of a child, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or have proper permission to share that content.
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without consent from a parent or guardian.
12. Your Rights
You may contact us to:
- Access the personal information you shared with us
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information or content
- Withdraw permission for future use of your content with non-refundable prebook payment
- Raise a privacy-related question or complaint
