Your private memories should stay private.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use Memory Seal, we may collect account and contact details, recipient details, occasion information, messages, template and package selections, customer-uploaded photos or videos, order and coupon details, payment references and payment status, support communications, private feedback, verified reviews and basic technical information required to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and deliver the requested Memory Seal, manage orders and accounts, verify payment status, schedule reveal communications, provide private-link and QR access, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain operational and accounting records, improve reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Customer-uploaded private media

Customer-uploaded photos and videos are treated as private order content and are used only as needed to prepare and deliver the purchased Memory Seal experience. The normal Admin order interface is designed to show media counts rather than expose private media contents during routine administration.

4. Recipient information

A customer may provide recipient details, including an email address, for a requested surprise or reveal flow. The customer is responsible for having permission to provide that information. Recipient details are used only for the requested Memory Seal delivery and related transactional communications.

5. 60-day media lifecycle

A completed Memory Seal remains available during its standard 60-day active period calculated from the occasion date. At expiry, the recipient link and QR stop providing access and customer-uploaded private photos and videos for that order are permanently removed from Memory Seal storage. Once purged, that media cannot be restored.

Order, payment, coupon, support and essential audit records may be retained after private-media deletion where reasonably required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, operational records or applicable legal obligations.

6. Payments and payment providers

Online payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment gateway, acquiring bank or payment service provider. Memory Seal may retain order-linked transaction identifiers, payment references, amounts and payment status for reconciliation and support. Memory Seal does not ask customers to provide or store card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.

7. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the website and deliver the service, such as website hosting, infrastructure, transactional email and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, law-enforcement request or to protect users, the service or our legal rights. We do not sell customer-uploaded private media or personal information to advertisers.

8. Essential cookies, sessions and technical logs

Memory Seal may use essential cookies or session identifiers required for sign-in, account security, order creation, CSRF protection and normal site operation. Hosting and security systems may also process basic request information such as IP address, browser/device details, timestamps and error/security logs.

9. Emails, feedback and reviews

Customer and recipient email addresses may be used for transactional messages related to an order, including payment, reveal, feedback, review and expiry communications where applicable. Private feedback is not automatically published. A review becomes public only through the verified review flow, applicable public-consent choice and Memory Seal moderation.

10. Your content and responsibility

You must have the rights or permissions required to upload and use the photos, videos, messages, music or other content you submit. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing or privacy-violating content. If content includes a child or another person who cannot provide consent directly, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority or permission to use that content.

11. Security

Memory Seal uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards intended to protect customer information and private media. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect account credentials and share private links or QR codes only with intended recipients.

12. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with your account or order. Some transaction, payment, security, audit or legal records may need to be retained even after a deletion request or after private media has been purged.

13. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, providers, security practices or legal obligations change. The current version and last-updated date will be published on this page.
