Private recipient access
Recipient experiences are delivered through private links and QR codes rather than being listed publicly.
Admin privacy boundary
The normal Admin order view shows uploaded-media counts while keeping customer photo and video contents out of the routine Admin interface.
60-day lifecycle
At expiry, recipient access ends and customer-uploaded private photos and videos are permanently purged from Memory Seal storage.
Verified public reviews
Private feedback does not become a public review automatically. Public reviews require the verified review flow, consent and moderation.
Payment separation
Payment credentials such as card PINs, CVVs and UPI PINs are not collected by Memory Seal. Transaction references are used only for order reconciliation.
Account security
Password reset links are time-limited and single-use, and account/security emails help customers recognize important account changes.
