Terms for creating and using a Memory Seal.
By creating an order, completing payment or using a Memory Seal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.
1. Who we are and what we provide
Memory Seal is operated by co-owners Mohamed Asker Ali and Harini from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India. Memory Seal provides personalized digital gifting and memory experiences delivered entirely online through private web links and QR codes. We do not sell or ship physical goods, issue gift cards or stored-value products, or operate a marketplace for third-party sellers.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate order, account, recipient and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure.
3. Orders, packages and personalization
Each order is based on the selected package, template, occasion, personalization details and content supplied by the customer. Features, media limits, available interactions and price can differ by package or template. You should review the selected option and order summary before completing payment.
4. Digital delivery and fulfilment
Memory Seal is a digital-only service and no physical shipping is provided. After required payment and customer content are received, the order moves through the applicable preparation and activation process. The private recipient experience is delivered through a web link and QR code and may also be sent by transactional email where that option is selected. Delivery and reveal timing depend on the occasion date, selected configuration, timely receipt of required customer content and successful technical processing.
5. Pricing, payment and coupons
The amount payable is the price shown for the selected package/template after any valid discount or coupon is applied. An order is treated as paid only after the system confirms successful payment or a valid coupon reduces the final payable amount to zero and the zero-payable order is completed. Coupons remain subject to eligibility, validity dates, usage limits, audience, minimum order value and package/template/occasion restrictions. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed or handled as required by applicable law.
6. Customer-provided content and permission
You remain responsible for the accuracy, suitability and legality of names, dates, messages, photos, videos, music and other material you provide. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Memory Seal to use that content solely to prepare, host and deliver the requested personalized experience.
7. Prohibited content and misuse
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious or privacy-violating material, or use Memory Seal to harass, impersonate, defraud or unlawfully target another person. Memory Seal may refuse, suspend or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
8. Private links and QR codes
Private recipient links and QR codes are intended for the people you choose to share them with. Anyone who receives a working private link or QR may be able to open the recipient experience during the permitted reveal and active period, so you are responsible for sharing them carefully.
9. Reveal timing, availability and expiry
Memory Seal uses the occasion and configured reveal timing to control recipient access. Email delivery can also depend on the recipient's email provider, device, network and third-party infrastructure. The standard active period ends 60 days after the occasion-date lifecycle begins, at the system-calculated expiry time. After expiry, the private link and QR no longer provide access and customer-uploaded private photos and videos are permanently removed from Memory Seal storage.
10. Refunds, cancellations and replacements
Because Memory Seal is a personalized digital service, paid personalized orders are not subject to a normal change-of-mind cancellation or refund flow. Unpaid eligible orders may be cancelled before payment where the interface permits. Confirmed duplicate charges, payment errors, a paid service that Memory Seal is unable to deliver, or other legally required cases may be reviewed for monetary refund. Service-side issues may instead be resolved through correction, recreation, rescheduling or a one-time replacement coupon where appropriate. 11. Third-party services
Memory Seal may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery and payment processing. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Memory Seal is not responsible for delays or outages caused solely by third-party networks, banks, payment systems, email providers or internet connectivity, but we will provide reasonable support where the issue affects a Memory Seal order.
12. Intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in the original content they lawfully provide. Memory Seal's website, software, layouts, templates, branding, code and original design elements remain the property of their respective owner(s) or licensors and are provided only for use as part of the purchased Memory Seal experience. Purchasing an order does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform, template code or branding.
13. Reviews and feedback
Private feedback remains separate from public reviews. Verified customer reviews may be displayed publicly only after the applicable consent and moderation process.
14. Changes to the service or these terms
Memory Seal may update templates, technical delivery methods, security controls, operational processes or these Terms when reasonably necessary. The current Terms and last-updated date will be published on this page. Material changes will not be used to intentionally misrepresent a purchased service.
15. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to Memory Seal will be subject to courts having jurisdiction in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
